We've established a reputation in the regions of western Massachusetts, MetroWest Boston, Cape Cod, northern Connecticut, and Rhode Island - one that has allowed us to expand our clientele reach nation-wide. Whether we're hopping on a plane or jumping in a car, our bring-everything-to-you design process stays the same. We understand how different tastes, styles, and functional needs can vary from person-to-person, which is why we curate home living environments unique to each client.

With over two decades of experience running a design firm—and even longer running a family of six—Lisa has worked with clients from every walk of life on an expansive roster of projects great and small.

Life as an Air Force wife has cultivated her love for simple pleasures (good coffee, red wine, dark chocolate) and wild adventure (yes, she has done goat yoga).

Loyal to Lisa Scheff Designs for the last decade, Beth brings her Master’s in Communication, fifteen years of customer service expertise—and knack for getting things done right to everything she does.

Beth’s nerves of steel make being a mother of three young kids, devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, and lowkey operational superhero look easy.

There’s so much more to interior design than meets the eye. Beyond the beauty, there’s a ton of wildly complicated detail and day-to-day difficulties. That’s where Beth comes in. She thrives behind the scenes, diving into the logistics, keeping each part of the plan rigorously on track, and bringing creative problem solving to every facet of the process.

Eliza Oumano

Director of Design

Background

Eliza cut her teeth on the business side of interior design while cultivating her love of the visual arts. Gaining experience in varied creative fields like publishing and public relations created the well-rounded, innovative designer you see today.

Fun Fact

Eliza is loyal to the things she loves—brie cheese, margaritas, the ocean, and her family. Not necessarily in that order. But close.

Lee Totman

Procurement Manager

Background

Lee is an seasoned administrator with years of experience with small creative design businesses. A "jack-of-all-trades", Lee brings an endless array of talents to our team. Her past jobs have kept her busy managing communications, liaising between designers and clients, guiding clients through custom design processes, providing sophisticated Google Suite organization, producing and overseeing social media content, project management, ordering supplies and liaising with vendors. But most importantly, Lee ensures that customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Put simply: she's a life saver!

Fun Fact

Lee might be a twin, but you wouldn't believe it if you saw them. These sisters may share genes, but they definitely don't look alike. And speaking of sisters, Lee is just one of a fierce foursome. When it comes to the good life, Lee knows what she likes: wine, plants, antiques, and her beloved feline, Ross.

Lee, the magic maker behind the scenes, effortlessly takes your project from order to install. She's the secret weapon ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

She runs off of spreadsheets and coffee. At any given moment during the day she has at least 10 tabs of spreadsheets open tracking furniture orders.

Kelsey Strom

Project Manager

Background

After studying fine art, Kelsey found her home in interior design. She’s gained expertise in every design environment from residential to retail and commercial. Her unique perspective and passion for the world of interior design make working directly with clients a perfect fit.

An animal lover to the core. If she could have as many dogs as Oprah, she absolutely would. That’s a lot. Google it.

She makes the most complex tasks seem effortless and keeps everyone crying with laughter—even when we want to weep with exhaustion.

On the surface, she’s calm, collected, and hilarious. But behind the scenes, she’s working like crazy to coordinate every vendor, contractor, shipping schedule, and unglamorous process with absolute tenacity.

Jenni Harrison

Interior Designer

Background

With over 6 years in the Home Furnishings Industry and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Jenni loves working with clients to mix current styles with classic and timeless design elements. Recently transplanted from New York City, she is adept at creating design plans for all types of spaces, from charming Manhattan apartments to sprawling homes in the Hamptons.

Fun Fact

A lover of all things chocolate, coffee fanatic and avid wine drinker, she was also a member of her college A cappella group, the Smiffenpoofs. Today her love for music translates into lots of karaoke and as many live concerts as time permits.

Her innate ability to create innovative and functional designs combines with her extreme attention to detail and need for efficiency to make the teams collaborative process seamless.

As the team’s resident expert in finishes and fabrics, Jenni makes selecting materials that reflect your personal style easy and enjoyable.

Lindsay Malley

Interior Designer

Background

With extensive experience in commercial and residential design, Lindsay brings both creativity and technical expertise to the team. A Connecticut native, she pursued a career in interior design out of her love for color and passion for blending creativity with functionality. Skilled in everything from space planning to schematic design, she is highly proficient in drawing software and uses her technical knowledge to bring each project vision to life.

Fun Fact

When she’s not designing, Lindsay is busy keeping up with her three kids and cheering on her favorite Boston sports teams with her boyfriend. Her love for functional, beautiful spaces extends to her own home, where she enjoys creating vibrant and organized spaces.

Lindsay’s dedication to creating beautiful and practical designs is complemented by her attention to detail and ability to manage client relationships. She’s looking for a long-term “work home” to grow with, and we’re thrilled to have her as part of ours.

Adept at both the technical and creative sides of interior design, Lindsay’s expertise in space planning and finish selections ensure that each project is tailored to her clients' unique needs and preferences.

Elaina Zayac

Project Manager

Background

Elaina is an ambitious, hard-working project manager. After earning a degree in architectural design with a concentration in construction management, she put her knowledge to practical use as a project manager specializing in kitchen & bath remodeling. She brings her eye for detail to every job, offering unparalleled dedication and service that ensure projects are completed to the highest of standards.

Fun Fact

She is 3rd generation in her family to work in the residential remodeling industry. Elaina's dad and grandfather were both carpenters, so she spent a lot of time as a kid on construction sites! Her one-year-old daughter Amaya is following in those footsteps making appearances on our job sites from time to time.

Elaina will keep the project running smoothly from the first swing of the hammer to the final accessory placement - no detail is too small.

Armed with an unwavering calm and level-headed approach to project management, she brings her unique blend of technical skills and cool head to any job. With an eye for detail, Elaina is the go-to person when it comes to completing projects on time and above expectations. She's a real gem!

Justin Cherry

Warehouse and Operations Manager

Justin is a seasoned warehouse and operations manager with extensive experience ensuring the seamless handling and delivery of our furnishings. A master of logistics, Justin manages every detail of the warehouse, ensuring that all items arrive in pristine condition and are prepped for flawless white-glove delivery to our clients' homes. He also serves as our go-to driver, expertly navigating our van to transport deliveries safely. Justin is always ready to jump in and lend a hand, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Justin is passionate about martial arts and practices tai chi, which he credits for keeping him grounded and focused. His calm demeanor and willingness to help at a moment's notice have made him a favorite among both colleagues and clients.
