Testimonial of our Signature White Glove Interior Design Experience

In this client testimonial spotlight we hear from the homeowner of our beautiful lake house renovation project in West Suffield, CT.

We understand the allure of DIY in home renovation. However, we also recognize the value of seeking a fresh perspective, especially after two decades since this client's last project. This sentiment resonated with our clients who approached us, looking for a new vision beyond their own capabilities.

As the renovation journey unfolded, skepticism transformed of our signature "white glove interior design service" into trust and seamless collaboration of their beautiful lake house project.

Hear from our client first hand about the experience in the video below and be sure to view the finished lake house project in our portfolio.

Client Spotlight Summary:

"We've gone through renovation twenty years ago and pretty much we did it all ourselves at that point in time. So we felt we had the ability to pick things out, design, what have you.But we're looking for a different perspective, and we're looking to not take on that kind of project ourselves. And we also recognize that when we did it ourselves, there's a lot of things we missed. And it's easy to look back and say, well we should have done this, we should have done that, and maybe that really was quite the right thing. So that's why we set out to look for a designer."

And, we sat down with Lisa, went through, you know, the process in terms of, how Lisa's chef, you know, design works, and what the process is.And, we were told about this thing called white glove white glove service. And we said, okay. So we'll we'll give that a shot. I don't think it was all that long, after we started the process with you folks where we ended up adding some rims.We initially had had a much narrower scope. We broadened the scope as we started figuring out, yeah, it's just easier if you do it and we don't do it.

So we've been incredibly happy, you know, with that. The other aspect is from a design standpoint, there's a whole bunch of things I would have never have picked, and Sheryl would have never pecked either.Because we would have been looking at them kind of on their own, not as part of a bigger picture, And we would have just never have gone there. So having somebody else kind of jump inside your head, so to speak, and and understand how you live and how you work. We had the initial meeting with Lisa, and Jenny, And we went through who we are, what we are, how we operate, and really didn't think you're gonna get it all that close on the first shot.

And that was one of the reasons why one of the other reasons why we added on to, the scope was I would say in the first shot, you got about ninety five percent of it, which really, really surprised us. We're really kind of thinking we're gonna have a back and forth, which wasn't gonna be a negative. We just assumed we were gonna have a lot of back and forth to kind of get to where we needed to be. But it was literally ninety five percent right out of the gate. So that was that was a pleasant surprise.
