Dowd Insurance Space Refresh
For this commercial renovation project at Dowd Insurance in Holyoke, MA, our team was brought in to refresh key employee and client-facing spaces with a clean, professional feel. The scope included the office kitchen and break room, a women’s bathroom, a men’s bathroom, and an ADA-accessible bathroom. Each space was designed with functionality and durability in mind—without compromising on style. The break room features timeless finishes, ample cabinetry, and a neutral palette that feels welcoming and easy to maintain. It’s a space where the team can step away from their desks and reset in a calm, well-organized environment. The bathrooms follow suit with cohesive finishes that are both modern and low-maintenance. We used high-contrast elements, durable materials, and updated fixtures to give each restroom a crisp, polished look. The ADA bathroom was carefully designed to meet accessibility requirements while maintaining the same aesthetic language as the rest of the renovation.
