The modern elegance of this home was immediately apparent from the outset, thanks to the exquisite architectural details and carefully curated existing pieces. We wholeheartedly embraced this theme, beginning in the open-concept family room where we drew inspiration from the captivating plum accent wall. To accentuate the grandeur of the 12-foot ceilings, we strategically positioned the drapery panels above the windows, introduced motorized Hunter Douglas Silhouettes, and incorporated tasteful touches of purple and gold throughout the space. The family room seamlessly transitions into the gold, cream, and silver living room, which exudes a sophisticated charm. Here, we introduced captivating metallic artwork and adorned the space with a magnificent chandelier, serving as a true centerpiece. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room underwent an enchanting transformation while retaining its original paint color. We carefully selected a stunning dining table, accompanied by custom chairs and adorned with vibrant abstract art pieces. The dining room itself boasts 12-foot ceilings, a painted tray ceiling, and an exquisite 76" round custom-made Italian dining table. The striking chocolate walls effortlessly complement the pops of blue and green, creating a visual feast for the eyes. And lastly, the foyer details serve as the perfect finishing touch, effortlessly bringing everything together. The floor exudes an alluring beauty and seamlessly complements the acrylic chandelier, chrome details, and the awe-inspiring 9-foot sculpture that stands proudly. Each element in this home has been thoughtfully considered and meticulously chosen to create a space that exudes elegance, style, and sophistication.
